Planning a Playlist for Your Perfect Vacation Vibe

Planning a vacation can be overwhelmingly tedious.. Especially if you're trying to save money like my boyfriend and I.  We've made list after list of items to pack, places to go, and money to be spent; planning for music to accompany our experience is essential, too.

We'll be traveling to the Caribbean island of Curacao.  The vibe is anywhere from electronic/techno to reggae, always sunny and upbeat.

Boyfriend is a longtime fan of Spotify; he spends around 2 hours listening per day.  Spotify is awesome for travel because you can make offline playlists that don't require internet or data connection.  So, he can turn his phone on airplane mode (saving battery and data) and still have our playlists available.

We can take his Fugoo "Tough" Waterproof Portable Speaker anywhere, so if the old SUV we're renting doesn't have a way to play our music (Bluetooth, CD player, USB, etc.) we can still listen.  The speaker is also waterproof (and therefore beach-proof).

The Day list is all sunshine and top down, meant for jamming on the beach.  Stargaze and wax philosophical to the Night list.

Shuffle through at your leisure. Time to kick back and drink in the sky; Listen to the break of the waves in the background...

1.  Day

2.  Night
